As the second member of our People & Culture team, you'll work alongside our Head of People & Culture to drive our growth and support our mission. You'll forge trusted and influential relationships with leaders and employees at all levels, providing value-added services aligned with our business objectives and strategies.

Your Main Areas Of Focus Will Include
- Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment processes to attract top talent that aligns with our innovative and eco-friendly culture.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace by addressing employee concerns and promoting open communication.
- Performance Management: Help implement review processes and guide managers in enhancing team performance.
- HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records and HRIS.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment laws and industry best practices.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Develop and implement programs celebrating diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Training & Development: Create and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and foster career growth.
- Employee Engagement: Develop strategies to keep our team engaged and motivated.
- Health & Wellness: Promote and manage health and wellness initiatives for a happy, healthy work environment.
- Organisational Development: Work on projects to improve our organisational structure and culture, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
This role is a true generalist position with opportunities to add value across the entire employee lifecycle.
As Our Ideal Candidate, You'll Have
- 4+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including 1-2 years in a Business Partnership or similar role, and if it's in a start-up/scale-up environment that's amazing!
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline, or equivalent experience - talk to us if you feel you are the right fit!
- Expertise in talent acquisition, performance development, succession planning, and employee relations.
- Ability to collaborate and influence at all levels of the organisation.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR programs supporting business objectives.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use HR metrics and data for decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
