We’re looking for an organised and people-focused Visitor Experience Officer to be the first point of contact for everyone who walks through our doors. You’ll be the face of Procreate—welcoming guests, guiding contractors, managing deliveries and creating a seamless, professional and friendly experience for all.
You’ll also play a key role in representing our brand to the world. Whether it’s giving a product demo, sharing our company story, or supporting events, you’ll help ensure every interaction reflects the creativity and care that defines Procreate.
The role
This role sits within our HQ team and reports to the Head of HQ. You’ll work closely with internal teams, contractors and the broader community to ensure our front-of-house experience is welcoming, efficient and aligned with our values.
What you’ll do
- Greet and assist all visitors, including guests, contractors, delivery personnel and community members.
- Manage visitor check-in, issue passes and ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare spaces for guests and events.
- Provide product demonstrations and share our company and product history with visitors.
- Represent Procreate at local and international events, tours and community engagements.
- Maintain the reception area and shared spaces.
- Liaise with internal teams to support events, tours and special visits.
- Assist with incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries and courier coordination.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Support the HQ team with administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- A warm, professional and approachable manner.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Bonus skills
- Experience with visitor management systems or front desk software.
- Familiarity with Procreate’s products and creative community.
- Previous experience in events, hospitality or customer experience.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
- Comfortable with technology and confident presenting to individuals or groups.
- A passion for storytelling and sharing knowledge.
- Experience in a front-of-house, concierge or customer-facing role.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.

- Establish strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Take ownership of the visitor experience and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Represent Procreate at events and help shape how the world experiences our brand.
