About The Role

As a Senior Software Development Consultant, you'll help design and deliver robust, scalable solutions across a variety of industries. You'll work in our cross-functional delivery teams and you’ll grow into a trusted subject matter expert through hands-on delivery, mentorship, and collaboration.
This is more than just a “developer” role. It’s client-facing and impact-driven. Our consultants combine deep technical capability with strong communication and consulting skills. You'll apply your passion for technology and problem-solving using modern tools and frameworks, including AI-assisted development, while learning from and contributing to an exceptional team of peers.

About You
You're a passionate software engineer who enjoys solving complex problems and delivering high-quality solutions that make a difference. You balance strong technical skills with curiosity, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.
You'll ideally bring:
A strong passion for software development and continuous learning
Solid experience with C#/.NET, including its core tools, frameworks, and libraries
Strong frontend web development experience using React or similar SPA frameworks and libraries
Knowledge of mobile app development (hybrid or native) - this is a strong bonus, but not mandatory
Experience implementing automated testing practices
Working knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure (Azure or AWS)
Confidence in applying Agile software delivery principles and experience working as part of an Agile team
Experience building automated CI/CD pipelines
A background in consulting or working with diverse stakeholders in customer-facing environments
Experience with (or a willingness to learn and use) AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub, Copilot.
