In this pivotal position, you’ll set the vision for your practice—what we sell, who we sell to, and how we win. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales to craft compelling, client-aligned solutions, drive proactive go-to-market execution, and achieve ambitious growth targets including ASV GP order intake.

You’ll lead a high-performing group of architects and consultants, ensuring the right expertise is aligned to the biggest opportunities. From launching new offerings to activating strategic partner initiatives, you’ll take centre stage in bringing Versent’s most innovative solutions to market.

Working across sales, delivery, and partner ecosystems, you’ll position your practice for relevance and scale with offerings that seamlessly integrate Build and Run (build-to-run) outcomes. Your success will be measured through profitable bookings, exceptional solution quality, partner-led pipeline growth, campaign activation, and a practice ready to scale.
