Stralis makes emission-free hydrogen electric propulsion systems for aircraft. Our patent pending fuel cell technology is 6 times lighter than the current state of the art, unlocking hydrogen electric aircraft that can fly 10 times further than battery electric alternatives and are 50% cheaper to operate than fossil fuel powered planes. We’ve secured $328M in LOIs from 11 airline customers. Our tech can also be used to power drones, boats, and heavy trucks. Our team has worked at fast-moving electric aircraft startups like Google X, Heart Aerospace, and Archer, as well as developed and certified conventional aircraft at Airbus, Boeing, and Bombardier. We’re already testing prototype propulsion systems on our aircraft and are on track for first flight in late 2025. We recently won 5 government grants and are funded by Y Combinator (W23), Liquid2 Ventures, Collab Fund, Trucks, Schox, and Climate Capital.
