As our client base continues to scale, we’re seeking additional support in our operations team to maintain oversight, efficiency, and risk controls in a dynamic environment.
Position Summary
We are looking for a part-time Senior Operations Analyst within the operations team. This role is ideal for someone with strong operational experience in financial services, who is comfortable taking initiative, managing oversight responsibilities, and ensuring core processes are executed accurately and on time. While this role is focused on oversight and coordination, from time to time you will be expected to roll up your sleeves and support the team in executing key operational tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities
· Assisting with task prioritisation and oversight of daily operations.
· Monitor, instruct and approve investment payment instructions.
· Oversee and perform investment reconciliations, settlements, and operational workflows.
· Conduct AML/KYC reviews and investor accreditation checks as part of the client onboarding process.
· Ensure timely execution of lifecycle events and escalate operational exceptions as required.
· Liaise with custodians, banks, and other service providers on settlement and funding activities.
· Proactively identify and mitigate operational risks or inefficiencies.
· Support internal reporting and audit processes, where necessary.
About you - Skills & Experience
· 5+ years’ experience in investment operations or financial services, ideally in a custody, registry, or fund administration environment.
· Prior experience in a team lead, supervisory, or manager-level operations role.
· Hands-on experience with AML/KYC frameworks and client onboarding processes.
· Strong knowledge of payment and settlement workflows.
· Highly organised, solutions-oriented, and detail-focused.
· Effective communicator with the ability to work autonomously.
· Familiarity with systems such as Clearstream or Euroclear is highly desirable, though not essential.
