Our team brings deep experience in issuing, distributing, and investing in structured and institutional-grade financial products. As our client base continues to scale, we’re seeking additional support in our operations team to maintain oversight, efficiency, and risk controls in a dynamic environment.

Position Summary

This is a dynamic role that blends investment operations, client services, and sales enablement. You’ll play a critical part in both supporting and improving core operational processes and enhancing the adviser and client experience.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and confident in communicating with clients, advisers, and internal stakeholders. You’ll execute, improve, and streamline daily operational processes, manage inbound adviser and client requests, and ensure seamless support for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute daily investment operations tasks ensuring all settlements (experience with Clearstream advantageous but not essential) and cash flows are processed in a timely manner
  • Escalate and manage operational exceptions or risk events
  • Maintain oversight of task pipelines, ensure data integrity and timely execution, and ensure reconciliations are completed, reviewed, and properly documented
  • Liaise with banks, custodians, wealth platform partners and other service providers as required
  • Own the client servicing process end-to-end, supporting advisers and their clients
  • Support adviser and client onboarding with operational execution and clear communication
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to prepare, track, and manage client deliverables
  • Proactively monitor client and adviser data to identify expired certifications, incomplete onboarding, or documentation gaps, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve them promptly
  • Maintain and improve internal reporting on operational activity, client actions, and maturity events
  • Support ad hoc data reporting needs (experience with Power BI advantageous but not essential)

About you - Skills & Experience

  • 5–10 years’ experience in financial services, ideally across operations, adviser servicing, or client management
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence communicating with advisers, clients, and stakeholders
  • Hands-on familiarity with operational processes, onboarding workflows, and AML/KYC compliance
  • Highly organised and able to manage competing tasks across multiple workflows
  • Analytical mindset — proactive in identifying gaps, following up, and maintaining systems data integrity
  • A “doer” who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys wearing multiple hats
