About the Role

As our Marketing & Community Coordinator, you'll be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, growing and engaging our community, and helping drive measurable business outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and is equally comfortable developing social media content, managing digital advertising campaigns, analysing results, and building relationships with our community.

What You'll Be Doing

Organic Marketing & Social Media

  • Manage Style Sourcebook's social media channels
  • Create, schedule and publish engaging content
  • Monitor community engagement and respond to comments and messages
  • Identify content opportunities and emerging trends
  • Assist with content planning and campaign execution

Paid Marketing

  • Manage and optimise Meta, Google and LinkedIn campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance and budgets
  • Identify opportunities to improve results and reduce acquisition costs
  • Create campaign reporting and performance insights
  • Support lead generation and product growth initiatives

Community & Partnerships

  • Build relationships with our designer community
  • Source and coordinate designer case studies
  • Support community engagement initiatives
  • Assist with competitions, webinars and events
  • Help grow participation across our business

Product & Project Marketing

You'll work alongside the Marketing Manager to support key growth initiatives across:

  • Marketing campaigns and product launches
  • Educational webinars and training sessions
  • Partner activations and competitions

Reporting & Optimisation

  • Track and report on marketing performance
  • Monitor key growth metrics and campaign results
  • Identify opportunities for improvement
  • Contribute ideas that help us achieve our business goals

About You

We're looking for someone who is both creative and commercially minded.

You'll likely have:

  • 1-3 years' experience in a marketing, digital marketing or a community-focused role
  • Proven experience managing both organic social media and paid advertising campaigns
  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Strong analytical skills and a growth mindset
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Strong organisation and project management abilities
  • A proactive, self-driven approach and the ability to work independently in a remote environment

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience in interiors, architecture, design, building or lifestyle industries
  • Experience managing communities
  • Experience running webinars, events or educational programs
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms
