Software Engineer (Mid-Level)

Syncio is on a mission to make collaboration for merchants and makers seamless by democratising inventory and the basic building blocks of commerce across the internet. Today, over 10,000 merchants from 100 countries use Syncio to sync inventory across their expansion stores, retail partners, and marketplaces. We’re a high-growth scaleup (Recognised by Deloitte’s Tech Fast50 Rising Stars, 2021) that’s bootstrapped. So we’re a bit different. The other thing different about this opportunity, is that despite impacting thousands of merchants globally already, we’re still a really small team. You’ll be in the first 15 employees at Syncio. How’s that for potential impact and responsibility?

Syncio is looking for a mid-level Software Engineer to join our growing product-led engineering team. You will be influential across many areas in engineering and product. From helping shape our OKRs and product roadmap, scaling our architecture, to integrating Syncio to major e-commerce platforms, there will be no shortage of projects to develop and refine your craft.

We are building the next frontier of commerce; a new category called Collaborative Commerce. We believe that the best type of commerce is through collaboration, and this has been demonstrated through the history of civilisation. Think bazaars, marketplaces, even the ancient Silk Road. We believe that we can enable collaboration in ways unimaginable.

Syncio enables collaboration by making the basic building blocks of commerce shareable across webstores. Think inventory, orders, product attributes, all the key information required for retail to operate. Syncio enables merchants to create its own micro-marketplaces, become a super-distributor, expand globally, etc.
