Dynamic, growing, portfolio company looking to add a detail oriented, self starter to fill the position of Sales Account Coordinator.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Account Coordinator. The Sales Account Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales operations, coordinating with retail customers to ensure on time delivery of orders, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue goals.


  • Coordination of Key Account shipments, including product transfers, extension requests, etc. (Target, Best Buy, Stitch Fix, Saks, Urban & More)
  • Manage corporate sales orders to ensure customization and on-time delivery for both B2TM and Felix Gray
  • Processing orders from independent retailers. (Order Entry, Payment management and other related tasks)
  • Work closely with team to ensure proper inventory allocation for all retail orders
  • Keep detailed records of all wholesale transactions
  • Other related tasks


  • Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Experience in sales or related field
  • Ability to work independently and remotely within a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience within Netsuite a plus
