Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Account Coordinator. The Sales Account Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales operations, coordinating with retail customers to ensure on time delivery of orders, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue goals.
Responsibilities:
- Coordination of Key Account shipments, including product transfers, extension requests, etc. (Target, Best Buy, Stitch Fix, Saks, Urban & More)
- Manage corporate sales orders to ensure customization and on-time delivery for both B2TM and Felix Gray
- Processing orders from independent retailers. (Order Entry, Payment management and other related tasks)
- Work closely with team to ensure proper inventory allocation for all retail orders
- Keep detailed records of all wholesale transactions
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience in sales or related field
- Ability to work independently and remotely within a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience within Netsuite a plus
