Job Tittle: Senior Associate, Legal

Work Mode: Remote

Experience: 3–5 Years

Key Responsibilities

Commercial & Technology Contracting

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial and technology contracts, including NDAs, MSAs, SaaS Agreements, Service Agreements, SOWs, DPAs, vendor, and partnership agreements.
• Own the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including redlining, negotiations, execution, and timely closure.
• Identify legal and commercial risks and provide practical solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business transactions and ensure compliance with company policies.
  
  

Corporate Secretarial & Compliance

• Manage corporate secretarial and statutory compliance requirements under the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable laws in India.
• Coordinate with external consultants to ensure timely statutory and regulatory compliances for the Company's legal entities across multiple jurisdictions.
• Support corporate secretarial matters, including board documentation, statutory records, and annual filings for the Company's entities across multiple jurisdictions.
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• LL.B. from a recognized university.
• 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or in-house legal team, preferably supporting technology or SaaS businesses.
• Strong experience in commercial and technology contracting.
• Working knowledge of corporate secretarial compliances under the Companies Act.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
