Position Summary:
Trend Micro is searching for a candidate in our Dallas Irving office to join the Americas Human Resources Business Partner team. The Human Resources Business Partner will act as a trusted advisor to our Sales and Corporate Services groups across Americas. HRBPs at Trend Micro are coaches, enablers and facilitators who understand that focusing on our people and driving an inclusive, empowering culture of growth and transformation, is the secret to our over 35 years of growth and success.
The focus of this role is to assess, guide and positively influence the business. We are seeking someone as passionate as us. Our HRBPs are proactive communicators and change agents, who can successfully balance employee needs with business objectives to create integrated solutions that drive our results forward.
This role provides strategic and tactical support, management consultation and employee relations services in the Americas Region. This position offers a hybrid schedule with at least 3 days a week in-office in Dallas Irving Office.
What you will do:
Support a diverse client population across Sales and Corporate Service Organization of 150-200 employees, including up to 25 managers in multiple lines of business.
Influence leaders and employees by recommending innovative approaches, policies, and procedures to affect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity, and employee development
Act as the HR coach, including attending site leadership meetings and influencing decisions for the site
Manage activities associated with workforce planning, performance management, learning and development, compensation, and employee relations
Advise and coach managers and leadership on HR best practices
Manage employee relations issues in your client group
Facilitate the roll out and training of various HR and business initiatives
Coordinate performance management and succession planning programs
Build knowledge of local labor market trends and coach managers on competitive ways to attract and retain top talent
Contribute to the development and facilitation of multiple org development, compensation, and policy initiatives

Has a working knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, and is comfortable leveraging these technologies when possible to be more efficient and better support the client group.
Qualifications:
3+ years HR Business Partner or HRM Generalist experience
Bachelors’ Degree required
Experience supporting large client groups, preferably in high tech
Working knowledge of Americas HR employment law
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with business presence
Extremely proficient in HRIS to analyze data and better support the business
Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, etc) and PPT (deck creation and design)
Demonstrated change management skills, with flexibility to juggle competing priorities
Demonstrates the highest level of integrity, ethics, and strict confidentiality
Fosters and promotes a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion
