Position Summary:
We’re looking for a mid-to-senior level Frontend Developer to join our distributed Dev team supporting the Global Corporate Enablement initiative.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of the frontend for our internal-facing web apps, driving both innovation and stability. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers across different regions to enable seamless content creation and automation of sandbox environments used to demonstrate our cybersecurity platform.
This is an opportunity for a frontend specialist with a strong product sense, experience in modern tooling, and a proactive, can-do attitude.
Responsibilities:
Share ownership of the architecture, development, and maintenance of our web apps frontend
Collaborate with backend developers to deliver intuitive, scalable user experiences
Drive improvements in UI/UX, performance, and frontend engineering practices
Implement responsive and adaptive design patterns for various device types
Build and maintain component libraries
Write and maintain end-to-end tests to ensure product reliability
Ensure modern standards compliance across the UI
Contribute to code reviews and mentor junior developers as needed
Take initiative in proposing new tools, patterns, or frontend solutions
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in frontend development, with a focus on modern JavaScript/TypeScript
Strong proficiency in React and component-based architecture
Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui
Experience working with Storybook for component development and documentation
Understanding of responsive and adaptive design, including media queries and mobile-first principles
Familiarity with frontend state management patterns (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Context API)
Collaborative and communicative in distributed team environments
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience building internal tools or developer platforms
Familiarity with AI-assisted tools like V0.dev for UI generation
Prior experience in cybersecurity or DevOps-related domains
Contributions to open-source frontend tools or frameworks
Proficiency in writing E2E tests with Cypress

Frameworks/Libraries: React, shadcn/ui/ NextJS
Styling: Tailwind CSS
Design Principles: Responsive & Adaptive Design, Mobile-First, Accessibility
Testing & Documentation: Cypress, Storybook
AI Prototyping Tools: V0.dev
Tooling/Other: Git, CI/CD pipelines, component-driven development
Also nice to have:
Knowledge on AWS and familiarity with Material UI
