The (Sr.) ERP Business Process Analyst is responsible for user communications, system analysis, preliminary system implementation and operations of ERP systems to deliver works of one of the following areas in good quality and on time.

1. Transform ERP systems to new platform such as D365 Finance Operations

2. Support business users to use ERP efficiently and effectively by innovations such as AI

3. Analyze and integrate with other systems to streamline end-2-end ERP business process flow.

The (Sr.) ERP Business Process Analyst is not only responsible for making deliverables in projects but also 1. Sustaining production systems, 2. Fixing production system defect and 3. Implementing change request.

Key requirements include:

• Highly interested at streamlining finance end-2-end operations to seamlessly connect Corp Finance and Regional Finance processes.

• Experience of corporate finance system analysis such as P&L report analysis.

• Hands-on operation experience on FP&A and Accounting.

• Project experience on implementations of integration with ERP Finance system.

Functional and Technical Skill Requirements

• Navision/Biz Central/D365 Finance Operation experience is a great plus.

• SQL-based data manipulation is a must.

• Implementation experiences on ERP packages (D365 Biz Central/SAP etc) or Cloud ERP is a plus.

• Good understanding in one or more of technical domains such as Power BI, Power Automate, Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps, Azure apps, SQL Server.

• Good records on communication and team work in ERP related projects.
