Position Summary:
Hyper Automation Analyst Intern is responsible in the design, development, and implementation of automated solutions using a combination of technologies to streamline business processes and system solutions. This role will require hands-on experience with various technologies like data engineering, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) in a real-world setting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that business processes and system solutions are in harmony with an organization's strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
Process Analysis and Improvement: Collaborate with teams to analyze existing workflows, identify automation opportunities, and propose solutions using relevant tools.
Automation Development and Implementation: Building, testing, and implementation of automated processes, using tools like Microsoft Data Factory, Microsoft Power Platform and generative AI models where applicable.
Research and Exploration: Conduct research on the latest advancements in AI and automation, exploring their potential for application within the organization.
Documentation and Reporting: Document project progress, methodologies, and results, and present findings to the team and stakeholders.
Collaboration: Work with technical and business teams to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of automation solutions.
Learning and Development: Learn and apply process automation software and tools, staying updated with industry best practices.
Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.
Global Collaboration: Able to work with various teams in different time zones.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address pain points related to hyperautomation projects.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Adaptability: Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes in a fast-paced environment.
Hands-on experience with data processing, data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights using SQL and Python.
Hands-on experience with data analytics tools such as Microsoft Power BI.
Familiarity with project and team collaboration tools such as Microsoft O365.
Hands-on experience with Hyper Automation/Robotic Process Agent/AI expert system implementation is a plus.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Data Fabric/Data analytics platform implementation is a plus.
