【About the Role】
We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our team and support the growth and development of our people and organization. In this role, you will actively participate in recruitment to help drive company growth, provide HR consultation to managers, assist in resolving employee matters, support organizational development initiatives, and contribute to various HR projects as needed. This is a broad-based HR role, ideal for individuals who enjoy diverse HR responsibilities, solving problems, and working collaboratively with others.

【What You Will Do】
• Drive recruitment efforts to support business growth by partnering with managers to identify talent needs, sourcing and interviewing qualified candidates, and providing compensation input to help attract and secure the right talent.
• Provide HR consultation to managers on people-related issues, policies, and HR practices.
• Assist in resolving employee issues and concerns with a balanced, people-centered approach.
• Support organizational development initiatives to enhance team effectiveness and employee engagement.
• Participate in ad-hoc HR projects to support department and company objectives.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure effective HR support throughout the organization.
