Location: This is a hybrid position with the requirement to be in office 3 days per week.
Position Summary:
The Network Security Product Manager plays a pivotal role in bridging technical innovation with customer and sales engagement. This role is responsible for driving the success of network security products by aligning product strategy with customer needs, enabling sales teams, and ensuring market competitiveness. The PM will work closely with customers, sales, marketing, and engineering to deliver secure, scalable, and differentiated solutions,
Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Advocacy
Serve as the voice of the customer in product planning and execution.
Ensures products solve real-world problems and drive customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular customer interviews, participate in account reviews, and lead feedback sessions.

Sales Enablement & Field Support
Equip sales teams with the tools and knowledge to position and sell network security products effectively.
Drives revenue growth and shortens sales cycles.
Create sales playbooks, deliver training, and join strategic sales calls.

Product Strategy & Market Positioning
Define product vision and competitive differentiation.
Aligns product development with market trends and customer demand.
Analyze market data, track competitor moves, and refine messaging.

Customer-Facing Roadmap Communication.
Present product roadmaps to customers and prospects.
Builds trust and transparency, and supports strategic planning.
Host roadmap webinars, attend customer advisory boards, and respond to RFPs.

Sales & Customer Event Participation
Represent the product team at conferences, trade shows, and customer briefings.
Builds brand presence and strengthens relationships.
Deliver keynotes, host breakout sessions, and meet with strategic accounts.
