Overview

This position combines Web Development and Digital Marketing functions. As a Global Web & Content Marketing Specialist, you will contribute to Trend Micro Consumer Global Website Projects, supporting team coordination across regions, assisting with execution, monitoring, and analytics reporting.

A key responsibility is implementing website optimizations using modern design trends and enhancing user experience to improve e-commerce conversion rates. Beyond website development projects, you will help plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to strengthen Trend Micro Consumer’s online presence and drive growth. Responsibilities include supporting Search Engine Optimization (SEO/GEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) initiatives to generate business opportunities. Additionally, you will assist in developing and managing content marketing strategies, creating blog posts, whitepapers, and video assets to attract and engage target audiences effectively.

Please note that this position requires an English interview. Candidates should be prepared to present a self-introduction slide deck during the interview.

Responsibility

  • Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth coordination across development and design teams.

  • Execution & Monitoring: Assist in tracking project progress, resolving issues, and maintaining alignment with timelines and requirements. Support resource allocation to minimize delays.

  • Digital Marketing Implementation: Contribute to the execution of strategies aimed at increasing traffic, engagement, and conversions across global markets.

  • SEO & SEM Support: Perform keyword research, optimize site content, and assist in managing paid campaigns across search engines and social platforms.

  • Content Marketing: Help develop and manage content initiatives, including blogs, whitepapers, and video assets, to attract and engage target audiences.

  • Website UX Optimization: Work closely with the UX team to enhance user experience and site design for improved performance and conversion rates.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Use analytics tools to monitor website and campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

  • Trend Monitoring: Stay informed on emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to support continuous improvement.

Qualification

Experience

  • 4+ years in digital marketing, web development, or content strategy roles, within Technical or FMCG industry is preferred.

  • Proven track record of managing global websites, e-commerce platforms, and large-scale digital projects.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager), HTML/CSS basics, and UX/UI principles.

  • Strong knowledge of SEO, GEO and SEM strategies.

  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio) and marketing automation platforms.

Marketing Expertise

  • Ability to execute integrated digital marketing strategies across multiple channels.

  • Experience in content marketing, including blogs, whitepapers, video production, and social media campaigns.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Language Skills

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin; experienced in managing global projects across multilingual teams.

  • Japanese : Limited Working Proficiency (if applicable)

Nice-To-Have

  • Knowledge of global market trends and consumer behavior.

  • Familiarity with emerging digital tools and technologies.
