Location: The ideal candidate will be located in Dallas, TX Area or Chicago, IL.

Position Summary:

The Partner Marketing Manager is a strategic leader and growth catalyst, responsible for shaping and executing partner marketing strategies that accelerate U.S. sales performance and partner ecosystem growth. This role drives market positioning, partner enablement, and demand generation strategies that influence revenue outcomes and strengthen Trend Micro’s competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans across the partner ecosystem with strategic partners, distributors, and GSIs.

  • Build scalable to-partner enablement programs, including onboarding kits, training sessions, and certification paths.

  • Design through-partner demand generation campaigns, leveraging MDF (Market Development Funds) and co-marketing budgets.

  • Manage marketing relationships with key partner stakeholders, ensuring programs align with their business initiatives.

  • Incorporate AI-driven insights and automation to identify new opportunities, personalize partner engagement, and accelerate program execution.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align partner marketing efforts with revenue goals and KPIs.

  • Architect integrated marketing strategies and oversee execution through cross-functional teams.

  • Collaborate on and create co-branded assets such as marketing kits, solution briefs, case studies, email templates, and event collateral that support internal and partner teams.

  • Utilize AI tools for content optimization and predictive analytics to enhance campaign performance and partner reach.

  • Oversee partner communications (newsletters, announcements, resource updates) to maintain engagement.

  • Partner with global and product marketing teams to deliver partner enablement materials to support sales and technical readiness.

  • Track and report on campaign ROI, MDF utilization, and partner engagement metrics.

  • Provide insights and recommendations for optimization based on data-driven analysis, leveraging AI-powered dashboards and forecasting tools.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or demand generation within B2B technology or cybersecurity

  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that drive measurable business growth

  • Strong understanding of to-partner and through-partner marketing motions and ecosystem dynamics

  • Experience managing MDF programs, joint campaigns, and partner enablement initiatives

  • Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools, analytics platforms, and automation technologies

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus

  • Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills

For applicants in the State(s) of Illinois : Trend Micro, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary ranged for this role is USD $122,000.00 – $164,000.00. A candidate’s final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors to include, but not limited to relevant work experience, skills, and certifications.
