▪Drive timely hiring by clarifying role requirements, understanding the talent market, and sourcing candidates proactively.
▪Leverage Workday for candidate management, reporting, and process optimization to enhance recruitment operations.
▪Lead direct sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, BizReach, and other tools to build high-quality talent pipelines.
▪Collaborate with hiring managers, HRBPs, and global stakeholders while ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.

Requirements
Must-Have
・5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience (in-house or agency)
Demonstrated experience in direct sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, BizReach, etc.
・Proven experience managing the full hiring lifecycle from intake to offer negotiation
・Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influence skills
・Native-level Japanese and intermediate English proficiency (mainly reading/writing)
・Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Nice-to-Have
・Recruiting experience for client-facing roles such as Sales or Pre‑Sales in the software or SaaS industry.
・Track record of closing hard-to-fill roles within deadlines
・Process-oriented self-starter with the ability to identify bottlenecks and offer improvements
・Hands-on experience operating Workday ATS
