Fiche de Poste – Sales Pôle Défense

Contexte & raison d’être

Au sein de la BU Secteur Public – Pôle Défense, ce poste vise à développer les ventes dans l’univers des systèmes embarqués (avionique, naval, terrestre, spatial, OT)) auprès d’ industriels majeurs (Airbus, Safran, MBDA, Nexter…). Objectif : transformer les enjeux embarqués en opportunités de chiffre d’affaires en s’appuyant sur l’offre TrendAI

Missions clés

  • Développement de comptes : identifier, qualifier et capturer des deals IT Interne et systems embarqués
  • Cartographie des programmes & lignes de produit : suivi des cycles, contrainte, owners des programmes, qualifications
  • Orchestration de vente complexe : plans de compte, suivis internes, partages avec les équipes SE et Produits
  • Travail d’équipe avec les commerciaux du pole défense et avant-vente : traduire contraintes IS + systems embarqués en opportunités TrendAI; scénariser POCs, s’appuyer sur les uses-cases existants
  • Animation écosystème & influence : activer réseau DGA/industriels, événements clés (EUROSATORY, GICAT,ECW).
  • Forecast & gouvernance : pipeline qualifié, prévisions fiables, QBR.

Profil recherché

  • Expérience : 8–12+ ans en vente complexe dans l’univers des systèmes embarqués (DGA, Airbus, Thales…).
  • Connaissances des contraintes de ces acteurs
  • Cyber embarquée & IT/OT : notions sur EDR/XDR, EPP, NDR/ICS, durcissement, container/K8s.
  • Go-to-market public/défense : achats publics, réseau actif dans l’écosystème.
  • Langues : français courant, anglais professionnel.
  • Éthique & sécurité : habilitable si requis.
