Responsibility

• Lead a high-performing team to deliver reliable solutions that meet company objectives and goals.
• Coordinate people, resources, and processes across different functions, groups, or teams to achieve business goals or deliver technical improvements.
• Act as a bridge between teams, aligning goals to ensure timely feature deliveries and continuous improvement.
• Hire, mentor, and motivate team members to foster growth and maximize value generation.

Qualification

• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in development processes, quality assurance, and service delivery.
• Proven experience in project management for global R&D and DevOps teams.
• Proficiency in data analysis to test hypotheses, challenge assumptions, and measure outcomes effectively to identify and drive improvement initiatives.
• Skilled at assessing team member potential and performance to ensure fair compensation and maximize team contributions.
• Exceptional communication skills to unify and motivate teams toward shared goals.
• Proficiency in both Mandarin and English.
