  • Leading the planning and forecasting of revenue and ARR, providing accurate and timely inputs to support business decisions across the Iberia region.

  • Working with Sellers and Customer Success teams to maintain CRM data hygiene, ensuring accurate customer lifecycle data to support retention and expansion motions.

  • Ensuring new internal processes and policy changes are clearly communicated, well understood, and consistently adopted by GTM teams across the region.

  • Partnering with Sellers, Customer Success and Renewals teams to identify at-risk accounts, leveraging customer health scoring and product adoption data to support proactive churn prevention and expansion revenue strategies.

  • Supporting and enabling sales teams in the execution of global and regional GTM programmes, including competitive displacement campaigns, and customer expansion plays across the TrendAI security portfolio.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in Business Operations, ideally in a SaaS or subscription-based enterprise business; a solid understanding of recurring sales motions, renewal cycles, and customer lifecycle management in an enterprise security context is a strong differentiator.

  • Experience with MS Dynamics 365 (D365), Salesforce, or equivalent enterprise CRM is required. Proven ability to design and build reports and dashboards essential.

  • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerBI, and Tableau or equivalent BI tooling; familiarity with D365, Salesforce reporting, and revenue forecasting platforms is advantageous.

  • Proficiency in AI productivity and analytics tools is increasingly essential in this role, including Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or ChatGP. Candidates who can demonstrate practical, day-to-day use of AI tools to improve the speed, quality, and scale of operational insight will have a clear advantage.
