We're looking for a Web Content Marketing Manager who treats AI as a first-class collaborator, not a shortcut. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of AI innovation, multimedia storytelling, and global audience engagement — while producing and coordinating multimedia assets across text, video, image, and interactive formats. You are equally comfortable prompting a generative model and editing the output to brand standard.

Key Responsibility:

Content Strategy & Planning
• Maintain and execute a rolling editorial calendar across web properties.
• Map content to audience segments, funnel stages, and SEO priorities.
• Define content briefs that AI tools can act on reliably and humans can QA efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders worldwide.

AI-Native Production
• Operate LLM-based writing tools (e.g., Claude, MS Copilot) and image/video generation platforms as production tools, not experiments.
• Build and refine reusable prompt templates, style guides, and QA checklists that keep AI output on-brand.
• Evaluate AI-generated drafts critically : catch hallucinations, off-brand tone, and factual gaps before they reach review.

Multimedia Content Development
• Script, produce, or coordinate short-form video, motion graphics, infographics, and interactive web features.
• Brief and manage external creatives (videographers, illustrators, animators) when in-house capacity is insufficient.
• Optimize media assets for web performance (compression, accessibility, format selection).

Performance & Iteration
• Track content KPIs (organic traffic, engagement, conversion, Core Web Vitals) and report monthly.
• Run A/B tests on headlines, CTAs, and page layouts.
• Translate analytics findings into concrete content changes — not just observations.

Qualification:

• 8+ years managing web content or marketing in a B2B or B2C environment with Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.

• Demonstrated, hands-on AI tool usage in a production workflow — not just familiarity, actual shipped work

• Strong editorial judgment: you can tell when AI output is good enough and when it needs a full rewrite

• Experience producing or closely directing multimedia content (video scripts, infographics, interactive assets)

• Working knowledge of on-page SEO, metadata, and schema markup

• Comfortable reading GA4, Search Console, or equivalent analytics dashboards

• Fluent in English and Mandarin; experienced in managing global projects across multilingual teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience building AI prompt libraries or internal AI workflows

• Proficiency in at least one major CMS (WordPress or equivalent)

• Familiarity with no-code/low-code tools (Figma, Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, RunwayML)

• Understanding of GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and how AI search surfaces content.

• Japanese : Limited Working Proficiency (if applicable)

What Success Looks Like in Year One:

• AI-assisted production pipeline documented and adopted by the team

• Web content audit completed; underperforming pages updated or retired

• Multimedia content cadence established across key web properties

• Measurable improvement in organic traffic and on-page engagement metrics
