Job Description

As a Client Success Executive, you are part of our post-sales support team. You will fit right in if you find yourself to be dynamic and enterprising, a lateral thinker and can work well both independently and in a team.

Key roles & responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, understand their priorities and assist them in achieving their objectives
  • Build strategic relationships with existing and new clients to ensure high delivery of services and influence future lifetime value
  • Educate new clients on Truescope’s media intelligence capabilities and promote and develop new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously seek improvement of client values
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with various levels of client stakeholders
  • Ability to problem solve and work well in a face-paced environment

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, passionate about working closely with clients and adaptive to dynamic changes.

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business (preferably in marketing) or other related disciplines
  • Ability to multitask and work in a face-paced environment.
  • Meticulous, task-oriented with strong communication and presentation skills
  • 1-2 years of prior experience in a client-servicing role preferred
  • Experience in a technology or media intelligence company will be an advantage
