- The role is to begin as customer success rep. However, the opportunity to outgrow and position and be promoted to a customer success manager is real and encouraged.

Responsibilities:
- Support Onboarding: Assist the customer success team in providing onboarding support to new customers.
- Handle Basic Customer Requests: Respond to and address customer inquiries such as product usage questions and minor technical issues.
- System Maintenance: Help keep internal systems like Monday.com and Freshdesk up to date with customer information and requests.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and relay customer feedback to the customer success and product teams.
- Documentation: Assist in creating and updating customer support materials like FAQs and how-to guides.
Tasks:
- Customer Training Support: Help conduct basic training sessions for customers, under the guidance of senior team members.
- Usage Monitoring: Track customer activity and identify opportunities for support or engagement.
- Administrative Support: Assist in updating customer records and managing onboarding timelines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the customer success team to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing customer satisfaction.
