Role Summary
Varicon is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of 50–75 SMB civil construction clients, ensuring strong relationships, adoption, renewals, and long-term retention.
This hybrid role is ideal for a client-focused professional with 4–6 years of experience in SaaS Customer Success or Account Management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to become a product expert. You will collaborate with Support, Product, and Onboarding teams to deliver a seamless client experience while proactively guiding clients toward meaningful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of 50–75 SMB civil construction clients, building strong relationships and ensuring ongoing value delivery
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, driving adoption, renewals, and long-term retention
Become a product expert, showcasing features, answering client questions, and assisting with setup as needed
Collaborate with Support, Product, and Onboarding teams to deliver a seamless client experience and resolve issues efficiently
Monitor client health and engagement, proactively addressing risks, identifying opportunities, and guiding clients toward meaningful outcomes
Job Specifications
Experience & Qualifications: 4–6 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing SaaS role
Strong relationship-building skills with excellent communication and stakeholder management
Ability to understand and use complex software, comfortable troubleshooting and guiding clients.
Experience working with SMB clients, ideally in technology or SaaS environments
Good Understanding of the Civil Construction industry
Ample familiarity with customer success tools or CRM platforms.
Education:Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) preferred
