As the Head of Strategic Partnerships - Microsoft, you will be a senior leader responsible for shaping and executing Versent’s go-to-market strategy across a portfolio of practices. You will lead the development of differentiated offerings, drive commercial success, and foster strategic relationships with partners, clients, and internal stakeholders.
This role is ideal for a visionary leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, technology, and business development. You’ll work closely with Sales, Delivery, and Partner teams to position Versent for sustainable growth and market leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the evolution of Versent’s solution strategy and market offerings.
Drive proactive go-to-market initiatives in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
Develop client-aligned solutions for complex, long-term engagements.
Achieve ambitious commercial targets and margin improvements.
Foster innovation and operational excellence across practices.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with partners and industry stakeholders.
Ensure alignment with executive leadership on investment and performance.

Proven experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or practice leadership.
Strong commercial acumen and track record of delivering growth.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.
