Are you a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise and a passion for shaping impactful client solutions? Versent is seeking a dynamic Solution Lead to join our team and drive high-value, advisory-led sales opportunities across cloud, digital, and data practices.
About the Role
As a Senior Solution strategist and pursuit leader, you’ll operate at the intersection of strategy, solutioning, and sales execution. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Practice Leads, and Partners to craft unified, client-aligned solutions that span offerings, practices, and commercial models.
You’ll be instrumental in:
Leading strategic pursuits and shaping opportunity context through workshops and advisory engagements.
Developing cross-practice solutions with clear value, scope, and outcomes.
Driving pipeline creation and market activation through proactive account planning.
Orchestrating multi-practice contributions to deliver cohesive client solutions.
Mentoring solution architects and SMEs to elevate solution quality and commercial judgement.
What You’ll Bring
10+ years in solutioning, architecture, or pre-sales leadership roles.
Proven success in leading complex, multi-practice deals and delivering compelling proposals.
Strong commercial acumen and executive-level communication skills.
Experience with PoCs, demos, and partner co-sell motions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
Certifications in cloud, architecture, or delivery frameworks (e.g. AWS, Azure, TOGAF, ITIL) preferred.
