We’re looking for a Finance Specialist who thrives on accuracy, owns deadlines, and enjoys partnering across the business. You’ll support month‑end, keep payables/receivables humming, and contribute sharp commentary that helps leaders make smart decisions

What you’ll do

• Accounts Receivable: Generate invoices, monitor aged debt, and flag risks early.

• Accounts Payable: Prepare payment runs and explain large variances; keep suppliers paid on time.

• Bank Reconciliations: Complete weekly reconciliations accurately.

• General Ledger: Post accruals, journals and depreciation; resolve discrepancies before close

• Month‑end Reporting: Support balance sheet reviews and management accounts with clear analysis.

• Intercompany: Process journals and reconcile cross‑entity accounts.

• Sales & Procurement: Assist with quotes and POs, collaborating closely with Finance Manager.

• Tax & Compliance: Prepare BAS/PTRS as required.

• Continuous Improvement: Spot process efficiencies and help implement them
  

What you’ll bring

• A degree in Finance/Accounting/Commerce; CA/CPA/ACCA (completed or in progress).

• Experience with accounting systems (ideally NetSuite) and intermediate/advanced Excel.

• Strength in planning, prioritising and meeting deadlines—with superb attention to detail.

• Clear written & verbal communication; collaborative mindset and comfort with change.to manage their time, work hybrid, and grow through real ownership of outcomes
