Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of large, complex, or high‑risk projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with key stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and governance requirements.
- Provide clear and consistent communication to stakeholders, sponsors, and executive leaders.
- Facilitate decision‑making, issue resolution, and alignment across cross‑functional teams.
- Mentor and support project team members to foster collaboration and high performance.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, with timely escalation where required.
- Manage change requests, assessing impacts and ensuring appropriate approvals and communication.
- Ensure compliance with organisational governance frameworks, standards, and regulatory obligations.
- Conduct post‑implementation reviews, capturing lessons learned and applying continuous improvement.
- Implement and promote project management best practices, tools, and methodologies.
- Drive efficiency, innovation, and improvement in delivery processes and project outcomes.
- Proven record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- 7–10+ years’ experience delivering complex, large‑scale projects in enterprise environments.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage senior stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated success delivering technology, transformation, or business‑change initiatives.
- Strong financial management capability, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Deep knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- High proficiency with project tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and strategic planning abilities.
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Technology, or a related discipline (preferred).
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum Master (highly regarded).
