Marketing Lead

This is a senior leadership role with real influence across the business, working closely with executive leaders, practice heads, partners, and growth teams. You’ll own the full marketing function, lead a small, high-performing team, and be trusted to shape strategy, elevate the brand and drive measurable commercial impact.
What you’ll be doing
Lead and evolve Versent’s enterprise marketing strategy aligned to business growth goals
Build, mentor and grow a high-performing marketing team
Partner with Practice Leads, Growth and Executive teams to integrate marketing into GTM priorities
Own partner and B2B marketing strategies across AWS, Microsoft Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, HashiCorp and more
Design and deliver integrated campaigns across digital, events, PR, content and partnerships
Drive thought leadership through case studies, speaking engagements, media and industry awards
Manage partner MDF funding, governance and ROI tracking
Measure success through pipeline attribution, MQLs, SQLs and campaign performance analytics
Champion premium-quality outputs including proposals, pitch decks and brand assets
What we’re looking for
Proven experience leading B2B or partner-led marketing (technology or consulting preferred)
Strong capability in developing and executing enterprise-level marketing strategies
Confidence influencing senior stakeholders and executives
A track record of building teams and delivering measurable growth outcomes
Expertise across content, campaigns, events, digital and brand
Strong analytical skills with a focus on ROI and commercial impact
Experience managing budgets and partner MDF
A collaborative, adaptable leadership style with high standards for quality
