We’re hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive growth across Australia and New Zealand, with a strong focus on civil, infrastructure, and large-scale construction projects.

This role is central to expanding our presence within core markets and strengthening relationships across Tier 1 and Tier 2 builders and major project teams.

The Role

This role focuses on scaling an already established market presence. The priority is on building high-quality pipeline, deepening industry relationships, and supporting expansion across civil and construction segments.

Working closely with sales leadership, you’ll engage key stakeholders, support new feature adoption, and contribute directly to revenue growth across major projects.

Responsibilities

  • Building and strengthening relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 builders, developers, and project stakeholders
  • Identifying and researching target accounts, infrastructure projects, and key decision-makers across ANZ
  • Generating pipeline through outbound channels including cold calling, email, and LinkedIn
  • Booking high-quality meetings with senior stakeholders and project teams
  • Supporting growth across civil and construction segments, including new feature adoption
  • Managing and maintaining accurate pipeline and activity tracking within CRM systems
  • Collaborating closely with Account Executives to progress opportunities effectively
  • Staying informed on trends across construction, infrastructure, and compliance landscapes

Ideal Profile

  • You bring strong capability in cold calling and outbound prospecting
  • Communication is confident and effective across phone, email, and stakeholder interactions
  • Researching ICP accounts and navigating complex organisations comes naturally
  • Driven, coachable, and motivated by performance targets
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, commercially focused environments
  • Exposure to construction, infrastructure, logistics, or CoR is highly valuable
  • Early-career candidates with strong potential and hunger to grow are encouraged
