About Veyor Digital

Veyor Digital is a fast-growing SaaS business operating across Australia, the US, the UK, UAE and Singapore, backed by investors including Investible, Coact.vc, Marbruck and Spring Capital. Our team is primarily based across Australia, US and Indonesia with a growing India-based team. Our finance function runs a multi-entity, multi-currency operation on a modern stack (Xero, Salesforce, Rippling, Carta and Equals).

About the Role

We're hiring a Head of Finance to lead our finance function as we scale. You'll take full ownership of financial operations, reporting, compliance and cash management across our global entities, working directly with the Founders and partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success and other departments. You'll have a Finance Manager and a RevOps Lead reporting to you, and will be hands-on — this is a role for someone who is as comfortable closing the books and reconciling a balance sheet as they are building a cash flow model.

This is a broad, high-ownership role suited to someone who wants to build and run a finance function end-to-end in a growing, global SaaS company — not just manage an existing one.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinance
  • Month-end close — Review and sign off the month-end close prepared by the Finance Manager, including balance sheet reconciliations, P&L review and supporting schedules across all entities, before results are finalised each month.
  • Global Compliance Calendar — Own the compliance calendar, including BAS lodgement, payroll tax, EOFY tax return, insurance renewals, and Employee Share Scheme (ESS) reporting — working with our external tax agents and insurance broker. Own compliance for our international entities.
  • Tax & Transfer Pricing — Own the group's tax transfer pricing position and documentation (with our external tax advisers), including methodology decisions as the group grows and annual R&D claim (with our external R&D adviser).
  • ASIC & company secretarial — Own company secretarial obligations for the Australian entity, including the annual ASIC review and the registered agent relationship.
  • Accounts Payables & Receivable (along with expense mgt) — Oversee invoicing, collections and aged debt management, keeping debtor days and outstanding billings under control in partnership with Customer Success.
  • Payroll & commission — Review and approve payroll across Australia, the US, Employer of Record arrangements and contractors, ensuring accuracy and timely payment each cycle including commissions.
  • Equity / ESOP management — Manage the Employee Share Option Plan — setting strike prices, coordinating 409A valuations, and administering grants, vesting and the cap table in Carta.
  • Group consolidation — Own consolidation of a multi-entity, multi-currency group, including intercompany eliminations and FX translation across AUD, USD, GBP and other currencies.
  • FP&A and reporting — Own monthly variance analysis, comparing actuals against forecast/budget by department, and keep the forecast and management commentary updated accordingly inc. mgt and board packs.
  • Cash flow forecasting — Develop and maintain the group's rolling cash flow forecast, including runway modelling for the board.
  • SaaS metrics — Calculate and report core SaaS metrics — ARR, CAC, LTV:CAC, CAC payback, burn multiple, burn rate and runway — for leadership and the board.
  • Support fundraising — Support fundraising processes, including financial modelling and due diligence, as the company raises future rounds.
  • Process automation & systems improvements — Drive process automation and systems improvements across the finance function.
People
  • Line management — Directly manage and develop the Finance Manager and RevOps Lead, who report into this role.
  • Onboarding & offboarding — Lead onboarding and offboarding of team members across all entities and jurisdictions.
  • Performance & remuneration — Run the annual performance and remuneration review process for the global team.
  • Employee engagement — Run the annual employee engagement survey.
  • Team culture — Manage social committees running team events across each jurisdiction (Australia, US, Remote/Indonesia).
  • Benefits administration — Manage US health insurance policies for the US team.
Legal
  • Contract review — Review commercial and vendor contracts as needed, escalating to external counsel where appropriate.
What We're Looking For
  • CA / CPA qualification (or equivalent); a background in a Big 4 or mid-tier firm followed by industry experience is a plus.
  • Proven experience leading a finance function in a SaaS or subscription business, ideally at a similar stage of growth.
  • Hands-on experience with multi-entity, multi-currency consolidation, and multi-jurisdiction compliance (Australia, US, Singapore).
  • Comfortable operating a modern finance stack (e.g. Xero, Salesforce, Rippling, Carta, Equals or similar) and driving process automation.
  • Experience administering an ESOP, including strike price setting and 409A valuations.
  • Exposure to transfer pricing and R&D tax incentive regimes is a strong plus.
  • Strong grasp of SaaS metrics and unit economics, and the ability to translate them into clear board-level commentary.
  • Excellent stakeholder management — equally comfortable working with Sales and CS on revenue accuracy as with the board and investors on strategy and cash runway.
  • Experience managing and developing a small team.
  • A genuine willingness to be hands-on: this role owns the detail as well as the strategy.

  • Fully remote — work from anywhere.
  • Direct exposure to the Founders.
  • Equity (ESOP) in a growing business.
  • Competitive compensation, based on experience.
