A bit about us
We make eco-friendly products and donate 50% of our profits to help build toilets for the billions of people in need. We love doing good, and we happen to be exceptionally good at it too! To date, we’ve donated over $10 million AUD (roughly $7.4 million USD) to fund sanitation projects around the globe.
Our team is made up of over 120 amazing people in Australia, the Philippines, China, the US and Europe working hard to reach our ambitious goal to have the greatest impact possible – for people and the planet. How ambitious you ask? Well, it involves increasing our annual donation 10-fold in the next couple of years to get closer to our mission – toilets and clean water for all!
A bit about the role
As our Senior Marketing Manager, Paid Social, you’ll help us acquire, retain and grow our active customers by creating meaningful, delightful and impactful paid marketing moments that inspire action and align with our values & strategic focuses.
Reporting to our Director of Media & Digital Marketing, you'll leverage your technical expertise and data acumen to lead the team in data-driven decision making, including developing a rigour around a scorecard of KPIs to keep tabs on key performance trends.
You’ll develop a supportive team of detail-oriented channel experts that execute at the top of their game by being the bridge between our growth counterparts, account representatives and tools too.
If you worked here this past month here are some things you might have been involved in:
- You’ve helped ensure that our CPAs are trending to beat benchmarks freeing up investment for further tactical expansion
- You’re establishing a performance social playbook for existing and expansion channels that streamlines work flows and sets the bar for executional excellence
- You’ve launched a whole new channel across three markets and developed a learning & development plan to upskill junior team members to support its success long term
- You've collaborated with cross functional team members to prioritise major cross-functional projects for next few quarters, and aligned on what additional resources we’ll need to execute them
- You’ve evaluated the paid amplification strategy proposed by our media agency partner ensuring the influencer component of our larger brand campaign delivers on planned outcomes

You’re at ease diving in to draw out helpful insights from our existing channels to inform tests, launches and moments to go bigger. Whilst you’re fanatical about data, you’re also well aware that sometimes, good decisions need to be made with incomplete information and you’ve developed a level of confidence in how you make clear recommendations when sometimes your vision is foggy.
You’re clear, calm and collaborative
You effectively report to the team on the progress of current marketing channel testing, produce insightful rear views and make recommendations on how to improve or test new channel approaches. You’re passionate about collaboration and feedback and you’re excited by the opportunity to work alongside your team
You’re a roll model
You’ve got experience launching, testing and scaling multiple paid channels from go to wow and you’ve built a depth of expertise that enables you to confidently push boundaries and take the lead. You’re passionate about mentoring and developing your team and you’re always looking for opportunities to empower and enable your direct reports to grow and do their best work.

We invest time and resources to gather accurate and reliable information and create space for confidential and candid conversations with each and every applicant regarding salary expectations so that we can bring all three points of data together when forming a salary band.
Final offers may vary from the range shown which takes all the above into consideration as well as your unique skill set and experience and which city you live in.
