Funny name, serious business

We make eco-friendly products and donate 50% of our profits to provide clean water and help build toilets for the billions of people who lack proper access. So far, we’ve contributed over $18 million AUD (roughly $12.5 million USD) to fund sanitation projects around the globe. Basically, we’re really good at doing good.

With hubs in Australia, the Philippines, China, the US, UK and Europe, our amazing team of 200+ work to make the biggest possible impact for people and the planet. Over the next couple of years, we’re hoping to increase our annual donation tenfold to get us closer to our dream of everyone in the world having access to clean water and sanitation services.

A bit about the role

Ever dreamt of a job where you can make a genuine impact while talking toilets? Well, you're in luck! We're looking for a National Account Manager - Aldi/ Indies to join our cracking AU Sales Team.

This isn't just any old gig. You'll be leading the charge, driving the strategic growth and execution of our indies channel and managing our account with Aldi. Think big-picture strategy, getting your hands dirty with implementation, and ultimately helping us spread even more good (one loo roll at a time!).

We're all about growing our market share, attracting new customers, and boosting visibility, all while keeping that contribution margin healthy and cementing our spot in the retail landscape. If you're a natural-born leader who coaches values and loves a good challenge, this could be your next exciting chapter!

If you worked here this past month here are some things you might have been involved in

  • You were elbow-deep in the spreadsheets, figuring out the magical formula for our next Special Buys event with Aldi.
  • You spent a solid day working with our distributors, getting them pumped about the new Joint Business Plan (JBP). This included sharing the secrets to success for getting our fantastic, colorful rolls onto more shelves in local Independents.
  • You led the cross-functional huddle to make sure our forecasting for the next big product drop was tighter than a new roll of TP, avoiding any messy supply chain surprises.
  • You championed an idea to launch a cross-category frenzy in the Indies, getting us more floor space and increasing the amount of good we can do.
  • You were probably seen high-fiving the Finance team after proving that a recent promotion delivered a killer ROI, meaning more profit to donate to our sanitation partners.
  • You acted as the internal expert, sharing key insights about how the Aldi machine works, ensuring our Marketing team's new shopper materials were perfectly timed to make the biggest splash in-store.

Let’s talk about you

We're looking for someone who's not only brilliant at what they do but also embodies our values. As an experienced Sales Leader, you'll be a strategic mastermind, setting clear goals and KPIs, and a roadmap wizard who gets everyone on board for key initiatives. You're a natural collaborator, leading cross-functional teams with candor, and a master at executing strategic initiatives to drive measurable results, even when juggling multiple priorities.

You'll be an extraordinary business partner, seamlessly collaborating with internal and external teams to unlock value and align on shared outcomes. You're passionate about optimising the customer experience, using your insights to design seamless journeys. A true data-driven decision-maker, you'll leverage channel data to diagnose issues and shape commercial strategies. Finally, your financial analysis and reporting prowess will be key to assessing profitability, evaluating promotions, and managing margin like a pro. Experience working within the independent space would be super helpful for your success in this role.
