Built on a robust Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central platform and backed by KPMG, our software has quickly become a market leader, and we are looking for a Chief Product Officer to support our growth across ANZ.

Your Opportunity

Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Product Officer (CPO) owns the end‑to‑end product and data strategy for Wiise. The role sets, validates and executes the product vision that accelerates growth, differentiates Wiise in the ERP market, and maximises customer value. A critical mandate is to champion and operationalise AI across the entire ERP landscape—from core Microsoft Business Central workflows to industry‑specific accelerators—ensuring every release delivers measurable productivity gains through Copilot, predictive analytics and process automation.

Success requires B2B line of business / ERP domain expertise, a bias for rapid experimentation and proven leadership in scaling AI‑powered SaaS products. The CPO partners closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing and the Customer & Partner Lifecycle team to deliver a high‑quality, secure and compliant product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the CEO and work closely with senior leaders to develop a product vision for the company, align the long-term roadmap with strategic business goals and oversee its delivery.
  • Co‑create with the CEO a 3‑year product & AI vision aligned to company OKRs.
  • Own and drive the whole product lifecycle, including feature prioritisation, design, new product launch and developing cross-functional partnerships.
  • Identify and solve customer problems using a proven product methodology that takes into consideration commercial implications, market needs, and the overall objectives of the business.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to shape and build the company’s product voice through external engagements.
  • Define and socialise the AI roadmap, including prioritised use‑cases for Copilot, generative AI and predictive models.
  • Own product portfolio investment decisions and stage‑gate governance.
  • Represent Wiise as a thought leader in AI‑enabled ERP at industry events.
  • Hands-on product management, including end-to-end product management of new features.
  • Gain a deep understanding of our prospects, customers, competitors and partners, and their strategic direction, pain points, desired integrations, and culture, to develop a thoughtful and informed perspective of product and market opportunities, including competition and differentiation.
  • Oversee product releases to ensure effective alignment between product and go-to-market teams.
  • Act as the voice of the customer with respect to Wiise products, including customer interviews and research.
  • Drive end‑to‑end lifecycle (discover, design, deliver, retire) for all modules.
  • Embed dual‑track agile and data‑driven prioritisation.
  • Ensure every feature ships with usage telemetry and success metrics baked in.
  • Establishment data governance framework covering ethics, privacy, security and model lifecycle.
  • Partner with InfoSec to maintain ISO27001 & SOC2 compliance for all AI features.
  • Approve third‑party data and model vendors.
  • Coach and mentor direct reports, constantly ensuring improvement in their professional skills and assisting in their development.
  • Build and mentor a high‑performing AI-driven PM team.
  • Embed a culture of experimentation and continuous learning.
  • Implement OKRs linking individual goals to company outcomes.

Your Experience

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in product leadership in a software development environment.
  • Proven experience in managing from conception to release of valuable product features that provided tangible value to customers.
  • Detailed understanding of ERP and/or common operational systems and processes used by small to medium-sized businesses.
  • Extensive experience in user and market research and modern UX methods
  • Experience working in agile development environments with formal frameworks (e.g. SAFe)
  • Experience working in Microsoft development environments and experience with Microsoft DevOps would be a plus.
  • Highly achievement-focused and detail-oriented, with superior problem-solving skills and an ability to conceptualise, prioritise, and manage multiple projects.
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality work deliverables, as well as being highly achievement-focused.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to prioritise and focus on what matters.
  • Clear, effective communication skills and experience in a collaborative, transparent, and hands-on environment.
