Summary of the Role: This is an on-site position located in Plainview, New York, supporting NFP’s Third-Party Administration Team. The role serves as the central hub for client communications and is responsible for preparing and distributing annual reports and tax forms, issuing billing statements, submitting payrolls to 401(k) recordkeepers, and managing the deposit of funds into NFP’s bank account.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the TPA/Plan Administration business in all functions.
- Assist with the team that designs, implements, and administers Defined Benefit Plans an any associated Defined Contribution Plans.
- Working with various internal NFP systems and external retirement plan vendor platforms to generate reports, invoices, and tax documents, track receivables, and provide phone-based client support.

- Ability to express ideas clearly and succinctly in both written and verbal communications.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with a positive attitude, proactive mindset, and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and prioritize the needs of the team.
Education and/or Experience:
- Strong Working Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Access, Teams and Word.
- Ability to communicate and interface effectively, efficiently and professionally with internal team members, external NFP vendors, and clients.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience with related industry, financial services, or retirement a plus.

The base salary range for this position is $62,000 to $70,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
