Your Future Team
You will be joining the Finance Business Partner team within the FP&A organization, specifically focused on driving strategic projects. This role reports to our Head of FP&A Business Partners - Strategic Initiatives and is fully remote, with a PST timezone preference.
Minimum Qualifications
A minimum of 7+ years of experience in financial planning, or similar role
Deep technical know-how in building financial models, balancing complexity with simplicity
Experience using BI tools and technologies (e.g. Tableau, Anaplan, etc.)
Strong critical thinking, organizational, interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
Experience working in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
A curiosity to learn and the initiative to act
Continuous improvement mindset, with experience implementing process improvements that aim to help simplify and scale
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
Technology or Software / SaaS industry experience
Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $137,700 - $179,775
Zone B: $124,200 - $162,150
Zone C: $114,300 - $149,225
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
