Summary:

We’re looking for a technically focused BI Analyst to join our reporting team and support the development of data intelligence and analytics across the organization. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in SQL and Power BI who’s looking to deepen their experience and grow their business understanding over time.

You’ll be reporting to the VP, Senior Business Intelligence Analyst and gaining regular exposure to executives. As part of a financial advisory company, you’ll see your work make a real impact on how the business tracks performance, drives growth, and supports clients.

What You Will Do:

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI
• Write efficient, well-structured SQL queries to extract and manipulate data
• Support business users by helping them interpret data and navigate reports
• Use Excel (pivot tables, functions) as needed
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate reporting needs into data solutions
• Help maintain consistency and accuracy across data sources and reporting tools
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid experience with SQL (e.g., joins, aggregations, CTEs)
• Hands-on experience with Power BI dashboard development
• Experience with Salesforce Reporting and Objects
• Working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, lookups, etc.)
• A technical and detail-oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn the business side
  
  

Bonus Points For

• Familiarity with other data visualization tools like Tableau is a plus
• Exposure to Microsoft cloud systems (e.g. Azure, Fabric)
• Basic scripting experience (e.g., Python)
• Experience in financial services

Our PeopleFirst culture focuses on building and nurturing lifelong relationships with our employees because, at the end of the day, we exist to be there for others. The base salary range for this position is $70,000 – $85,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
