XM Cyber is looking for a QA Automation Team Lead to join our team at this exciting stage of our company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead an automation team (5 engineers), and provide automation services which are effective, seamless and easy to use.
• Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
• Actively engage in daily tasks, develop, refine, remove blocks and reduce technical debts.
• Have a deep understanding of group tools and technologies.
• Set a high standard for code-review, design-review, quality and performance.
• Own, design, analyze and improve our tests, tools and services.
• API test automation
• E2E flows automation
• Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders, and provide great results under a tight schedule

• 5+ years of experience as a Software\Automation Developer, with Experience in software programing (JavaScript/TypeScript )
• 3+ years of experience as an Automation Team Lead
• Experience in automation and manual testing
• Deep understanding in automation infrastructure
• Proven experience with PlayWrite
• Deep understanding of QA processes and methodologies
• Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution.
• Knowledge of various testing tools
• Experience with Microservices and AWS architecture - Advantage
• IT background - big advantage
• Experience in testing cyber security products - advantage
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent - Advantage
