As an Application Support Engineer with support management processes( Incident, Problem, Change management etc Should aspire to continue doing support in the longer term and be flexible to learn the domain and tech stack.
The role requires great troubleshooting skills and ability to work in 24/7(on-demand) environment to meet customer requirements. You will have the opportunity to work on complex problems and apply your expertise and experience to improve reliability.
Desired Candidate Profile
Full time Engineering Degree (Graduate/Postgraduate)
(4-7) years of relevant experience.
Should have experience/knowledge in support of AWS environment or any other cloud environment with strong technical skills
Knowledge of Cloud/Relational Databases
Technical expertise to investigate different application logs
Investigating issues with up and downstream connections
Issue, Incident,Problem,Change & Release Management
Production environment support & testing end to end flow.
Responds to Alerts and follows standard procedures and documentation for issue resolution.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Roles and Responsibilities
Will contribute to best practices in Standard Support Environment.
Monitor site reliability and performance
Scale infrastructure to meet demand
Continuously monitor/improve the quality of our infrastructure
Developing automations would be plus point
Payment Gateway/ Payment Processor domain knowledge.
Experience of support in Electronic Payment system & settlement processes.
Knowledge of Payment types
Experience in Banking Domain
Experience in any cloud platform (AWS, Azure, Google)

Logical, ethical, mature, Fast learner & responsible
