The Role

• Reporting to our Loss Prevention Manager, you'll be out in the community recovering our assets.
• Tactfully and politely dealing with customers who are in arrears.
• Locate our stolen or abandoned assets using GPS technology.
• Locate stolen assets through digital platforms like eBay.
• Aid in bike check-in and check out at our local workshops

• You will have the confidence to approach private property in search of our assets.
• Sensitive and empathetic in dealing with customers, you are compassionate and patient.
• You're ambitious to hit your targets and love a bit of friendly competition.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills both verbally and digitally.
• You never miss a beat with your keen attention to detail.
• Happy to pitch in, roll up your sleeves and help with other areas of the business as needed.
