What you'll do

As a Retail Associate (aka our Front of House superstar), you'll be the face of Zoomo at our Melbourne site and help riders acquire the basic skills they need to get on the road and provide them with quick, efficient support, cultivating positive relationships with Zoomo. When a customer needs assistance, you'll use your mastery of current Zoomo technology to quickly assess their situation and support them with advice or a solution on the spot. Some of your duties will include:

• Ensure our riders have an awesome and seamless in-person support experience
• Walk riders through the onboarding process and all safety requirements
• Help existing riders troubleshoot any issues they experience with our e-bikes
• Meeting sales goals by selling our products to rider
• Continuously looking at how to improve processes and procedures within the store
• Stay on top of new Zoomo policies, procedures, and programs that affect riders
• Be our customers' biggest advocate, ensuring you provide an excellent customer experience to the Zoomo rider.
• Provide support to the Store Manager/Operations manager
